The LA Times reports that Fusion Garage is not getting off as easily as we had once thought. Apparently TechCrunch’s Michael Arrington is suing Fusion Garage over the company dropping TechCrunch out of the deal that was initially agreed upon. In Arrington’s lawsuit, he is asking the court to stop Fusion Garage from shipping the tablet computer. And then of course, there is Fusion Garage’s post of shame written by Arrington himself. Clearly, this issue is not dead just yet.

What does this mean to you?

The whole event between Arrington and Fusion Garage stinks. So while we don’t really know what took place between the two groups, odds are pretty good that the courts are going to rule in favor of Arrington based on what I have read about the situation. As for whether there was any real difference between Arrington’s tablet and the JooJoo that Fusion Garage released, that is really difficult to say for sure.
