Founded by ex-Microsoft employees Shan Sinha and Alex DeNeui, the company raised $1.3M from Baseline Ventures, Harrison Metal Capital and Naval Ravikant. Now Google has a direct plug-in of sorts to allow users to collaborate in Microsoft Office desktop applications. Seeing DocVerse going to Google has got to hurt for Microsoft.
