Some users have made it clear that Google Analytics is just not cutting it for them as it lacks real-time data. Despite it being fantastic for the hidden details, being able to see what is happening in a real-time setting is equally important as well. The Next Web talks about one solution that could very well turn out to be the missing link that many webmasters are looking for. It’s called Footprint, and for the price of free, it is definitely worth a look.

Just today the subject of  Google Analytics came up with my editor here at CoolTechZone.com. And based on the direction of the conversation, it seems that adding Footprint to the mix is just what the doctor ordered. Knowing what is going on in a real-time fashion would be very helpful in allowing us to provide the best content possible. I think Footprint is a wonderful concept, especially as it works well with other analytics software.
