AT&T Remains Most Hated Company

I can think of no one that looks at AT&T Wireless with much love. Without a doubt, long before Verizon was taking stabs at them, AT&T dropped the ball with the network. Unfortunately, AT&T appears to struggle to do the most basic of tasks these days. Even changing promotions around meant that for a time AT&T stopped selling iPhones in New York City. Then this report came out describing how AT&T is considered to be the most hated company in the land. AT&T claims their network covers 80% of the US. Verizon covers more. Yet despite it all, if you want an iPhone in the US, you will be using AT&T.

What does this mean to you?

AT&T is terrible beyond imagination where I live. And the fact that they sell me a data plan that provides barely anything usable is down right criminal in my mind. But the single biggest issue I have with AT&T is the fact that they will not simply forgo being exclusive with the iPhone as they clearly are unable to be the only US provider. It’s not working, time for a change.
