At CES 2010, Nokia revealed its Ovi Store gets approximately 1 million downloads a day across 100 devices. Obviously, for some devices, the Ovi Store has a lot to offer. For others, not so much.

Nokia did its best to make these numbers sound optimistic, but unfortunately, when Apple can hit 3 billion downloads three months after hitting 2 billion, it all seems a little less than spectacular. We are certainly giving Nokia a hard time; however, the bar is set high, and Nokia is just not meeting the basic requirements to even qualify to compete.
