Apple and Google are about to see a massive battle as they move forward with their individual plans for world conquest. In Google’s fight corner, the recent release of the Nexus One mobile phone which is taking on the iPhone.

In Apple’s fight corner, Apple acquiring Quattro Wireless, which then encroaches into Google’s ad space realm. All reports thus far indicate these once allies are going to end up in a corporate blood bath in which one company is going to be left hurting. The question is – who will be victorious here?

What does this mean to you?

It’s interesting, but a year ago the biggest problem these two companies had was Microsoft. Now Apple finds Google hitting them from the skies with new mobile products, a browser, and eventually, even an operating system for netbooks. Suddenly, Apple is having to deal with Google and Microsoft. Sort of leaves us wondering if Microsoft is even relevant anymore?
