Apple Tablet, iPhone OS 4.0 and iLife 2010 the Focus for January 27 Event
Just a few minutes ago, we reported that Apple has confirmed the January 27 event at the Yerba Buena center for the Arts Theater in San Francisco. The event is invite-only to select media outlets. “Come see our latest creation.” is the tagline that Apple is using in its invites, and it clearly indicates Apple’s intention to reveal something new and exciting. While we knew Apple would more than likely reveal the highly anticipated Apple tablet, FoxNews.com reports the company could also unleash a few other products of note, namely the iPhone OS 4.0 which Apple has kept mum on for fear of revealing too much information about the Apple tablet. It’s widely rumored that Apple delayed making the OS 4.0 announcement because it contained code references to the tablet.
Additionally, Apple may also announce the iLife 2010 suite of products. Whatever Apple ends up announcing next week, it will, in typical Apple style, take over the world and keep the technology industry at its edge.
