Flurry Sees Apple Tablet in Circulation

Analytics firm Flurry reported today that it has picked up the Apple tablet in circulation in Cupertino, where Apple’s HQ is. They expect 50 tablets are in circulation undergoing testing.
“We saw a lot of testing of applications that deal with daily media consumption. Like news, books, streaming music and radio. But we are also seeing so many social apps, like multiplayer games you can player with your friends, Peter Farago, VP, Marketing, Flurry, told The New York Times.

Out of the 200 apps that Flurry noticed in use, 150 were games, the rest included everything from books to social apps. The tablet is running iPhone OS 3.2, perhaps to make development easier for developers that are already used to the 3.0 version of the OS.

Wow a big iPhone :) Was hoping to hear a bit more about the facial recognition and a few of the more innovative upgrades we have to look forward to. But at least we know it actually exists and will be in our hands soon!!
