Beta Tester Reveals Apple Tablet Details
Jason Calacanis, Founder of Mahalo, and formerly of Engadget, has been testing the Apple tablet for two weeks, according to his tweets. His NDA expired earlier today and he has been revealing a lot of information.

- Runs iPhone OS
- Could replace a laptop for a couple of days for casual use
- Protective glossy coating
- Facial recognition for switching on the go
- Farmville is more interactive on the tablet
- Mark Pincus, CEO, Zynga, creator of Farmville will be on stage with Jobs
- “Best gadget ever made and not overhyped”
- Tablet connects over WiFi for gaming
- Price will be $599, $699, $799 depending on size and memory
- Wireless keyboard + display connection for TV
