Windows Phone 7 to Get Zune Interface
Microsoft is prepping to unveil its Windows Phone 7 mobile OS early next week, and early rumors suggest the company may be adopting its Zune interface to make the experience more fluid and seamless. Or in other words, to give it a more iPhone-like experience. Zune HD is an amazing product with a fantastic user interface, so we’re excited to see how Microsoft would leverage this into their mobile experience.
It goes without saying that a capacitive touchscreen is definitely in the mix, but more importantly, we hope device makers use fast enough processors with plenty of RAM to make using Windows Phone 7 devices more fun. They should realize that poor hardware just won’t cut it anymore.
