Come feel the buzz…the Google Buzz. This was today’s theme, thanks to the visual streaming tour from Google today of a product that the search giant hopes will keep it relevant as social media growth continues to spike. PC World explains that Google Buzz is about five key features. The most significant of these features is considered the media pull-in option, along with the blend-in with Gmail’s existing UI.

What does this mean to you?

What makes Google Buzz interesting is the integration into Gmail. This alone helps Buzz to matter. Whether or not Gmail is the interface that people will choose to utilize in a FriendFeed-like format remains to be seen. Still, this is Google’s best effort in social media by far.
