Is social media crack for geeks? Perhaps it’s just a concern for those who might otherwise be considered introverted? This has seemingly become worse as more mobile devices support these social media outlets with “apps” provided for various platforms.

Twitter addiction is a real problem. While most will argue where addiction ends and obsession begins, the outcome is sadly fairly consistent. People who are unable to unplug often find they are merely reliving the tweets from others. Why? Simple, because they are no longer going outside themselves which has turned the individual into a social media using zombie. The article points out the importance of unplugging once in awhile.
