Apple Ranks Third in Customer Service, BusinessWeek Survey
Apple continues to claim the top spot in customer service satisfaction, and in BusinessWeek’s fourth annual survey, it has placed a third position. Apple’s closest competitor, Dell, was 20 places down on the list. Due to its A+ rating in customer service, 66% of those surveyed said they would “definitely recommend” Apple products and 58% said they would “definitely repurchase” from Apple the next time they needed something.
The company scored an A+ in Quality of Staff and Efficiency of Service.
