Apple iPad May Not Be Successful, Survey Says
Just yesterday, we published a statement from Apple COO Tim Cook who was optimistic about the success of iPad. Ignoring the bias in his statement, it was intriguing. However, today brings us another survey that begs to differ with Cook’s comments. AdMob, a mobile advertising network, in a survey claims that out of 960 respondents, one in six iPhone users “intend to purchase” the iPad.
“If you factor in the inevitability that not everyone who intends to buy an iPad will actually make the purchase, the numbers don’t look good for the device that Apple chief Steve Jobs is said to have called “the most important thing I’ve ever done.”
