Facebook Revenue to Hit $20 Billion in Few Years

Facebook, the fast growing social network, may also be growing rapidly in terms of revenue. In 2009, industry observers predicted Facebook was on track to generate $650M-$700M for the year. In 2010, the company is looking to grow again with the target set at projected $1-$1.1B.

Majority of the growth for Facebook will come from brand advertising, and if anything, because most of its users are heavily concentrated in the US and Europe where brand advertising is a major draw, the company’s revenue could reach $20B in just a few years, reports suggest.
