Earlier today, we reported that Verizon is training employees on Google’s Nexus One. A Google employee claims that Google and Verizon will announce the CDMA version of the Nexus One on March 23 at CTIA 2010 in Las Vegas. CTIA is a major wireless industry conference, so this makes perfect sense. Both companies would be interested in sharing the media limelight at a major industry event like this.

If this is true, then Google will meet its Spring deadline for the CDMA version of Nexus One.
