Apple Limits iPad Pre-Orders To Two Per Customer

Interested in getting on board with the iPad pre-order madness? Great news! If you think you can buy more than two iPads and then sell them on eBay? Think again. According to AppleInsider, Apple is limiting the number of iPads you can buy at once to two.

On the up side, you do have the option of direct shipping or in-store pick-up, depending on your location. Obviously, in more rural areas like the one where I live, direct shipping would make the most sense. And considering that most people will be able to run existing iPhone apps on their iPad, buying pre-ordering now might make sense, especially with Apple limiting their sales even before their release.

  • I know a lot of people are suggesting that people wait a few months for Apple to work out the kinks in the iPad but I argue that there probably won't be many if any major kinks because they have pretty much figured out most of this production with the iPhone. This is simply a bigger format of the same thing. I've pre-ordered a WiFi to give away on Baduku and also a 3G for myself. In my opinion, this is the first major step towards a feasible tablet and as a long time tablet and Apple consumer, I have to support this because my purchase helps to drive the momentum of the tablet genre. So many times have things come out without the support needed to make them viable and unfortunately they were lost forever.
