Motorola Cliq XT Review
Earlier this month, we looked at the original Motorola Cliq in a review, today, we have the Motorola Cliq XT to look at. It promises to revamp a few key elements in the device to make it slightly better. However, don’t get it wrong. The Cliq XT is still primarily a smartphone that’s designed for social networking in less than a powerful package, but it gets the job done for what it’s designed to do.
CNET writes, “The Motorola Cliq XT offers a revamped media player with well-integrated community and discovery features. The 5-megapixel camera takes excellent pictures, and call quality is great. The smartphone has 3G and Wi-Fi as well as an HTML Webkit browser with Flash Lite and multitouch support.”
However, “The smartphone runs Android 1.5. Screen size is a bit small. There’s some occasional sluggishness. Pinch-to-zoom gesture doesn’t work in Google Maps.”
In conclusion, “The Motorola Cliq XT is a nice alternative to the original Cliq, offering a sleeker design and enhanced multimedia capabilities.”
