We reported earlier that Sex.com, perhaps the most iconic domain name for all erotic-related content, was on the auction block. According to Reuters, that’s not the situation anymore.

In a new twist of events, Sex.com parent Escom, LLC. has filed for bankruptcy and the auction has now been postponed.

The starting bid for the domain name was $1M. It’s unclear whether or not the auction will resume in the future, but for now, the creditors have an injunction to stop the auction.
