Imagine being able to Jailbreak your iPhone, or perhaps, even your iPad once it’s released, completely untethered. Sound interesting? According to AppAdvice, this is exactly what we are looking at as a possibility, thanks to iPhone hacker George Hotz.

While there is still no concrete word yet on a release date for the latest jailbreak option, the fact that it may very well be compatible with the Apple iPad makes it all the more significant. We believe Apple will be working to patch this as soon as possible in anyway they can, untethered or otherwise. Regardless, it does prove once again that those who want to Jailbreak their Apple products will always find a means.
