Apple Store Workers Haven’t Tried the iPad Yet
Since the Apple Stores are likely to start carrying the iPad once it’s released to the public, one might surmise that the employees of the said store would have had some hands-on experience by now with the iPad? No dice.
Reuters has hit a nerve as Apple retail employees are in the dark as much as the rest of us and have not actually been able to try the iPad for themselves. To be fair, we should point out that the article did remind us that Apple retail employees were in the same boat when it came to the iPhone’s initial release as well. So this is not new for Apple. The big question in our mind is whether there is enough difference between the iPad and the iPhone that a learning curve will be evident once it’s available for Apple Store employees?
