Things are looking up for TechCrunch. The once thought to be successful JooJoo tablet has shown itself to be a huge flop in the eyes of the general public. The details are as follows, according to Gizmodo. News of 90 tablets sold, apparently was lifted from court docs derived from the TechCrunch-Joojoo lawsuit.

To make matters worse, 15 of these 90 were returned. Remember, these were pre-ordered. Call me a skeptic, but something is wrong with a return rate that high even if it was only 15/90.  So while the crappy sales are likely coming from the awful name for a product, a 15 total return rate this soon indicates a really shoddy product in our opinion if they are being returned before being used.
