Think you’re getting that pre-ordered iPad on time? Think again. According to Gizmodo, some of you may be out the $12 expedited shipping despite being led to believe that it would have gotten the coveted iPad in your hot little hands a few days sooner.

This is simply one of those cases where opting for normal shipping would yield the exact same result as ordering your iPad with expedited shipping. Worse, Apple has reportedly not even bothered to answer an inquiry on this shipping matter, likely due to the fact that it’s UPS doing the shipping. The good news is that both regular shipping and expedited shipping users will be enjoying their new purchases here fairly soon.
