Things with Adobe and Apple just keep getting more intense. Rumors suggest that Adobe is getting ready to sue Apple over the Flash/SDK issue. According to a report from Gizmodo, the real question will be whether Adobe can make such a lawsuit stick, or if they are just spinning their wheels hoping to gain user support as this leaks to the media.

Personally, we hope Apple is sued and loses. We find the way they do business nowadays to be utterly disgusting and blocking something the don’t agree with is something we might have expected from Microsoft. But we think most people would have preferred to have Apple deal with the Flash issue like adults. Seems this is not going to be in the cards. Assuming Adobe can find a strong legal basis for their lawsuit, Apple may find themselves giving way regardless of what they might think of Flash.
