LG Aloha, the high-end Android device that we’ve reported on before, is ready to show up at none other than Verizon, of course. There’s no word on the date or pricing, but it’s coming in May, and it may be called the LG Ally.

LG may be naming it differently for the US market, as Aloha could stick for international versions of the device. We’re not necessarily intrigued about the Aloha as much as we are about Verizon’s intention to be the number one carrier for high-end Android phones. It’s the carrier of choice for BlackBerry devices, and it’s piling up on high-end Android models to hit AT&T hard. Nice and aggressive, we like it.
