After going out of stock on the day of the launch, the Nexus One is back in stock at Vodafone, the retail page on the company’s site confirms. In the US, Verizon had problems with enough inventory with the Droid Incredible. Is this a sign of Android going mainstream, or carriers artificially ordering little inventory to build hype?
