Buying companies is in the air this month. And it appears Google is in full buy-out mode. Google is looking to acquire a pivotal company that will add new dimension to their  Google Voice efforts.

MocoNews reports that Google is looking to buy the VoIP company known as Global IP Solutions. The purchase makes a lot of sense, considering the fact that it would mean a whole new plate of options for Google’s existing VoIP solution, Google Voice.
