Google Android 2.2 Froyo may be here but Android 2.1 powers 45% of existing Android devices, a research report indicates. What’s depressing is how the other 55% of the Android market is running Android versions older than Android 2.1, The Next Web reports. That’s fragmentation for you, and we dislike it. But don’t let that get in the way of all the good news.
