The release of iOS known simply as iOS 4.0 hasn’t really been out that long. And with that, one might wonder exactly why it is that we are already hearing about an update? Maybe it’s because there are problems with the iOS release that apparently, are supposed to be corrected?

Mac Rumors is reporting that iOS 4.1 is here and based on the article, is providing some badly needed bug fixes. The big visual bug fix, is the noticeable difference in signal bars. No word as to whether or not this is merely cosmetic or real. But at least it’s showing that Apple is trying to get things back on track at some level. I’ll be happy when I hear that the signal bar improvements, are indeed for real and not just for show.
