E-Books to Outsell Print Books at Amazon

E-books are clearly the future of how we are to read the written word. For both readers and publishers alike, there are some massive benefits to be reaped by going with the e-book model. But what happens when the e-book outsells the printed book?

The NYTimes is reporting that for the first time in Amazon.com history, e-books have officially outsold those in a printed format. Clearly this is a boon for Amazon’s Kindle efforts, in addition to being a real pivotal point for readers as well. E-books as of today, are clearly where the future of reading is heading.
