You need a CEO to lead a company, this is a given. But for larger companies housed overseas that target markets worldwide, it’s critical to hold onto strong leadership.

The WSJ reports that Nokia is looking to get their hands on their next CEO. Why? Because according to the article, Nokia is missing this kind of leadership from within their company walls. It’s unfortunate, but could also spell an opportunity for the right person to assume the position.
