The Motorola Droid, the HTC Droid Incredible, Motorola Droid X, even the Droids from Star Wars. No matter which droid you look at, success has been their guiding light the entire way. But what if we were to mix the Droid phone with the Droids from Star Wars?

Engadget reports that R2-D2 is destined to be shipped at light speed to Verizon users everywhere. While still not yet confirmed, a shadowy hologram from some princess seeking out some guy named “Obi-One”, mentioned that the Droid 2 phone will soon meet with its Star Wars Droid counterpart as a background image for the phone.
