Despite the Android mobile OS seeing some amazing adoption, the one thing it needs is to have better billing solutions for its app market place. There is just no question about it. Various ideas have been tossed back and forth, but the problem of a unified solution lacking, remains a primary concern for users and developers alike.

As luck would have it, this report from CNN indicates that we are finally seeing some movement on this issue. And there is no question this is much better than trying to enter a credit card on your mobile phone. But I have one issue with the idea of billing your mobile carrier for your Android app store purchases, isn’t this going to lead to huge bills along the way? Really doesn’t seem like this compares to any solutions provided by Apple by contrast.
