Despite the recent fixes for those suffering from the iPhone 4 death grip, many feel that Apple needs to do something to fix the problem once and for all. For those who already own the phone, this is difficult. However for those yet to be built, that is another story altogether.

BusinessWeek is reporting that Apple’s white iPhone delay could provide Apple with a redesign opportunity. The article does remind us however, that we are pretty late into the development cycle regardless. So unless this was planned some time back, it’s unlikely the holdup is much more that trying to get the white appearance as white as possible. Hopefully Apple will provide an antenna fix, but I doubt it. Imagine how ticked existing iPhone 4 owners would be?
