(Review) - We’ve seen OCZ Technology become a premier brand in memory modules, especially for extreme overclockers. What has us impressed with OCZ is the company’s dedication to quality customer service despite adding an array of products to its product lineup. OCZ is perhaps one of the few companies, if not the only one, to actually have full time customer support representatives who browse technical forums on online publications to assist customers with their problems. In addition, OCZ is also known for its one-on-one interaction with customers. OCZ has personally taken memory modules and custom tweaked them to ensure X amount of performance. This is by no means a glory piece for OCZ, but the company is one of the prime examples of excellent customer service when others are shying away to prevent extraneous costs. We would like to commend OCZ for a job well done.

Our topic for today is the company’s recently announced Ultra-Slim Mini-Kart USB 2.0 flash drive. Just like its extreme memory modules and power supplies, OCZ hopes to compete against top flash drive makers with the Mini-Kart, and they are quite bold about it.
