The company did not reveal technical specifications of the player, but looking at the specifications on its other products (two other elite MP3 players), they both had a 10-hour battery life, support to store quite a few contacts, USB 2.0 connectivity option along with onboard radio support and OLED display. Other options were exclusive to one or the other. For instance, the X2 had support for image slideshows while the DJX didn’t. There’s also support for videos and pretty much the most common audio formats, although OGG Vorbis is not supported. The general storage options we noted were either 512MB or 1GB. Even though these are not the specifications for The Presidential, these specifications at least lead us in the right direction. We can generalize the most common features and predict other functionalities.

If you thought the price was ludicrous, well, get this. If you want to know the specifications of The Presidential, you would have to purchase a "Gold Card" in order to access the more exclusive part of the website. This is seriously pushing the line, but then again, when you have a tagline that states, "Wealth is a beautiful thing…" you can’t blame them for keeping everything exclusive.

We personally don’t see what Douglas.J can do to enhance the audio quality (or other functionalities) of the MP3 player, as there are limitations to technologies, regardless the price you put on them. Considering you get the company to hand deliver the unit anywhere in the world in addition to numerous configurations of diamonds and a gold exterior, the price goes up substantially.
