(Review) - Last week, we had the chance to take a look at amazing sounding, yet cost effective earphones from a relatively unknown brand, Future Sonics. The Future Sonics Atrio M5 earphones were a pure pleasure to use and the M8 are similar to the M5 in almost all ways, except for the color scheme.

Since we have already evaluated the Atrio M5 and there is absolutely no difference between the two, we’ll direct you to our original review before boring you with another detailed analysis.

However, we would like to reiterate the fact that Future Sonics could revamp its product design team and work on making their Atrio series more user friendly from the aesthetics standpoint. The design and the color scheme, for that matter, are just way too uninviting for us to consider them. If they weren’t such awesome in audio output, we would’ve never recommended. Even then, we are relatively reserved and would much rather recommend these to audiophiles who don’t plan to take them outside.

The Atrio M8 cost the same at $199.99 and are well worth the price tag, if you are willing to ignore their gaudy look.
