The most annoying factor of enjoying music is when you get disturbed from outside noises that you don’t want to be in contact with. This is a particularly tricky situation considering that many of us don’t know what to do except move to a separate and possibly quieter location. Is this a correct way of handling such preposterous circumstances? We, along with numerous manufacturers, believe otherwise. To tackle this problem, earphones and headphones manufacturers have developed noise-canceling technology, which is integrated in the earphones and headphones to prevent outside noise from vibrating through ear canals.

This technology seems reasonable and supposedly works rather well. HCT, an OEM turned direct retailer, has brought their NC-760 Noise-Canceling Earphones to the market with noise-canceling technology as their ultimate marketing point. HCT closely works with Dolby Digital and integrates high-end technologies from Dolby into their products. And as you can guess, these earphones and headphones, for the most part, aren’t in the affordable market segment, but there’s good news for audiophiles. The model we will analyze, NC-760, in this evaluation is moderately priced with delightful results.

Are these earphones really worthy of my attention? Will they help remove outside noise? What is their price to performance ratio? To find out the answers to these questions and many more, please follow our in-depth evaluation of NC-760 Noise-Canceling Earphones…
