Samsung has added another MP3 player to its already YP-T7 series that appears to be rather successful in the market. Overall, the player is a solid option in terms of features, specifications, price and value. It’s a great competitor to Apple’s iPod Shuffle that’s nothing in comparison to what Samsung is offering. In general, the Samsung YP-T7VG has a bright display with 65K-color screen, eight preset equalizer options, SRS WOW technology for audio enhancement, exaggeration and static free volume settings, longer battery life and much more. Clearly, there are also some aspects of the player we don’t like, such as the delicateness of the player, the lack of durable casing, average music management software and the pitiable pair of earphones. Despite such issues, we still don’t have a problem recommending it to anyone with a desire for superb audio quality and overall value. The only difference between the YP-T7VG is that it comes with only 256MB of storage with a yellowish color screen. Quite obviously this drops down the price to even more affordable levels, which makes it one of the top choices for an impressive flash portable audio player.
