The Bose SoundDock is a high-end iPod accessory that will charge the player while transmitting music via the speaker set. This particular model is compatible with all iPods except iPod Shuffle. For 40GB and 60GB models, Bose does offer an additional adapter. The suggested retail price for the SoundDock is $299.00.
Klipsch is another speakers manufacturer with a tendency to produce solid products. This time around, the company is catering solely to the iPod with its iFi speakers. The matching color scheme aside, this is a 2.1 speaker set that packs up to 200W of power throughout all channels and includes a wireless remote control that transmits signals even through walls.
