(Review) - We’ve evaluated an abundance of high-end earphones and headphones, and even though they all claim to be the best products in their category, the truth is that unless you are a professional musician who needs perfect audio (whether or not you can hear it), there’s no need to spend $500 on a pair of earphones or headphones. For the majority of us, $200 should be the maximum price point we should opt for. Once you pass the aforementioned price tag, chances are you probably won’t recognize the minute intricacies of sound; it’ll be somewhat like a placebo effect, which will make you believe you are hearing superior audio quality even though, in reality, you might not be noticing any difference. This is not to say something’s wrong with you, but in order to analyze the "perfectness" of sound, you must either be trained or have extremely good hearing (or both) to be able to analyze differences among the highest of high-end earphones and headphones. Due to this, we’ve decided to take a break from reviewing world’s top class headphones and earphones to a pair that’s more within everyone’s reach (budget wise).
