There is a new contender in the case market, Opus Technologies, Inc. The company offers various PC components such as power supply units, cooling fans, heatsinks, and computer cases. There are a variety of computer cases in the market already and they are all designed to suit one small group of users - the enthusiasts.

After the Computex show, which took place in Taiwan this year, many companies are releasing their new case models in the market. Thermaltake launched their Damier and Tsunami models while Cooler Master launched their Stacker model. The competition is rather fierce in the market and Opus Technologies will have to do something unique to catch everyone's attention in this heavily crowded market.

Today we will be taking a look at Opus Technologies' MT-200 Titanium Mid Tower case. The MT-200 is heavier than many Aluminum cases, but it does have some features that others don't offer. Without further delay, let's begin...

Accessories:

The case comes with all necessary accessories. The needed items include - a soft cloth, Neon light, a quick guide along with various other plugs and sliders.

Opus Technologies has included the soft cloth due to the cases' fine finish. It is quite easy to leave finger/palm prints on the case and the polish makes the situation even worse by clearly displaying the prints. Opus Technologies is one of the few manufacturers to include a Neon light with the PC case. It comes in handy when the user is trying to add a little lighting touch to the system.

The quick guide simply displays the extra fan hole that is inside the case. It would be advisable for Opus Technologies to include a detailed guide in their next revisions, if possible. It is not exactly needed for power users, but first time builders with little or no knowledge might benefit from it.

UPDATE 07-06-04: It has been brought to our knowledge that MT-200 enclosure actually uses Steel instead of Titanium as its structure material.  Titanium is only for the high-quality finishing.  We would like to sincerely apologize for this error in our analysis.
