Back panel tray is made out of solid aluminum. The aluminum plate is held down with 11 screws. You probably won’t need to screw all 11 screws provided by Sunbeam. There are 7 spaces for PCI slots. It is good to see a case that can support increasing number of PCI slot motherboards. The PCI slot plates had to be screwed down from the top and it was a pain. If you have big fingers like we do then you are bound to get this case scratched no matter what. The screws are so small to hold with your fingers and ones you get them in their appropriate place they are so hard to screw. Sunbeam could’ve left a little more space on the side for people with big fingers. This is definitely one of the negative points we found in this case. On the top of the PCI slot spaces, you can see the space for all the I/O connectors for your motherboard. We never had a problem with the I/O connector plate not fitting with our motherboard but there are quite a lot of motherboards that might or might not fit with this standard. You can easily unscrew the plate and replace it with the one provided by the motherboard manufacturer. All in all there are 18 screws that go into this plate. The back plate is definitely rugged and made out of high quality material.

Take a closer look at the I/O connector plate and you can see that it has the right place for a standard ATX motherboard. On the very top you can see mouse and keyboard inputs. Next thing is the place for USB connections that might came integrated on your motherboard. After that there is a place for printer port, and other parallel ports. On the very bottom left there are audio input ports. Notice that there are only 3 audio ports. There is one bad thing about only having 3 ports for audio. More and more motherboards are coming out with 6 channel integrated audio standards that will definitely make this plate useless. On the bottom right, you will find a place for joystick input. Everything is color-coded to make it easier for an user to install everything.
