CopperStream II:

Fan

Spire used a 70mm acrylic blue fan with the heatsink. The fan can be operated at ~3600 RPM and produces 27.5 dBA of sound. It can push 32.25 CFM when running at ~3600 RRM speeds. The life span of this fan is 50,000 hours and it uses a 3-pin motherboard connector, as it's main power source. The fan grill was attached to the heatsink with four screws and had Spire's logo in the middle. Spire paid close attention to the physical looks of this product.

Side

Two sides of the heatsink have been covered with metal guards. These guards are very nicely finished and have Spire’s logo printed in the middle.

Fins

This heatsink is designed for all socket 478 processors. The CopperStream II used the stacked fin technology to dissipate heat and to cool the processor. The fins are made out of copper for optimal performance.
