Page 2 of 9 Shipping/Packaging:
The shipping box was pretty simple. The box itself was made out of thin cardboard, which made it quite delicate to handle. On the front you can see how Swiftech labeled the product name and their logo. No extra specifications were provided on the box itself except for processor support. On one of the sides Swiftech printed the picture of the water-block itself along with the accessories that are included inside the package. The box provided no prediction regarding the product and its performance or features.
As we opened the box we were faced with a well-protected product. Swiftech used Styrofoam sheets to protect the product from any damages during the shipping process. Just to clear everything there was a Styrofoam sheet on top of the water-block. We found the product to be in perfect condition so surely their packaging technique paid off.
To further protect the base of the block from getting scratched Swiftech taped a Styrofoam sheet underneath the block. We found the base scratch-free after removing the sheet. |
