Taisol is a manufacturer that is not much heard of. Taisol produces high quality cooling solutions for various platforms such as AMD and Intel. Since most of us are unaware of this manufacturer so we went to Taisol's website and got all the information regarding the company's history.

TaiSol Electronics designs and manufactures electronics thermal cooling and flash media connector solutions. We also supply millions of cable assemblies worldwide.

Founded in 1994, TaiSol business as well as our portfolio of international patents has grown steadily over the years. In January 2003, we added to our ISO certified manufacturing facilities a new plant for Heat Pipes and Vapor Chamber manufacturing, highlighting our commitment to provide solutions to the ever-demanding CPU cooling problem.

TaiSol has a family of flash media connectors to offer: PCMCIA, CF, MS, SD, SM, etc. Our patented 4-in-1 connector is a milestone of the media connector industry. We continue to increase to our family of flash media connectors with new products.

TaiSol has a wide customer base and continues to have success working with Tier-1 MNCs. Armed with our dedicated employees and our successful product lines, TaiSol is poised for IPO in Taiwan in the year 2004.

Today HardwareCooling gave us the opportunity to review one of Taisol’s Heatpipe Solution heatsinks. Heatpipe cooling solution is not unheard of. Infact, it is supposed to perform better than air-cooling. So we gave Taisol’s Heatpipe heatsink a run through our tests. Let’s see what happens.
