Specifications:

There were two things that stood out the most from specifications provided by Thermalright on their website. Our first concern was regarding the fan and it’s specs. Thermalright lists that they provide a fan with the SLK-947U heatsink but we were unable to locate one with the sample we received. Secondly on their website Thermalright has this comment “Specs subject to change without notice.” We have no idea what did statement means.

Unable to provide a fan with the product but listing it on the website is extremely misleading. This is not a good way to get buyers to purchase your product. This could lead to many misunderstandings in the future with their customers and not to mention the loss of good reputation. Second disturbing thing we saw was the statement found on their website. How can they change the specs of the product? Once again a very misleading statement and certainly causes us to question these mistakes/notices on their website.
