The directions are not detailed as they should be, especially considering that many users might not be familiar with the networking process. Even though this media center is mainly targetted towards the above average user with some knowledge of wireless networks, it would certainly be beneficial to include a thorough installation guide.

We appreciate the fact that Actiontec has included a wireless card in the package. This will prevent the user from purchasing an additional wireless card and this also ensures compatibility with the media center. The batteries are for the remote control and the video cable is used to connect the media center to the television set.
