(Special Report) - The brilliance of technology is the rapid pace of innovation and price drops, which is great for a budget buyer who’s willing to wait a little while before enjoying the latest in digital advancements. Thanks to the constant evolution in technology, what is high-end today will more often than not be categorized into a budget category in a matter of six months. Take LCD panels, for instance.
