We had a great idea and from the title you can probably tell what it was. But anyways, we got this idea to figure out who are the top 5 computer manufacturers in terms of customer service. As we all know that every single computer manufacturer uses the exact same parts to build a computer so there is no way that we can tell who’s using the best parts and other stuff. Today it is all about the customer service. People only want to buy stuff from a manufacturer that can properly fulfill the customers’ need.

Now you might be wondering how we conducted these tests. We called up most of the famous computer manufacturers like Compaq, Dell, Gateway, Voodoo, Alienware along with many others. We asked some random questions that most people ask like “How do I setup my internet connection?” or “Why is my email not working?” Surely when you call the first time every representative will be nice to you and help you but being the bad people we are we called them again and again. Even though we never really had these problems or even if we did, we were impressed by the knowledgeable staff these companies have. We called the customer services again and again and totally annoyed these companies. Sometimes we really got angry and talked in a rude voice just so we can test out the patience their representatives have. And let me tell you something, if someone was talking to me like the way I was talking to them, I would’ve surely did something bad.

We choose top 5 manufacturers that made our list. CONGRATULATIONS!! to the finalists who made our list. Please also keep in mind that these are the results of tests that we did. This does not mean that Dell representatives can never be rude. This list is not in any particular order.
